Massage, Cupping & Auriculotherapy Treatments

Swedish Laying Down.jpg

A healing technique using massage oil or cream, using smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage applies firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and facilitate whole body and mind healing. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Pregnancy Hip Edited.jpeg

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of both expecting women and new mothers. Using specially-designed cushions and side-lying positioning, expectant mothers are fully supported without putting unnecessary pressure on the abdominal region. Swedish, deep tissue and acupressure work to alleviate the discomforts that are often associated with pregnancy including (but not limited to): edema, sacral pain, hip discomfort, neck and shoulder pain, abdominal discomfort and sleep problems. Postnatal bodywork helps to integrate women into their new bodies while addressing the aches and stresses that come with being a new mother.

Pressure point massage 2

Trigger Point Therapy involves the application of pressure to tender muscle tissue in one area, to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body. Trigger points form as a result of trauma or overuse. This is an effective therapy for for both acute and chronic muscle pain.

Upper Back Massage

Deep Tissue therapy is designed to remove severe tension and help relieve both acute and chronic pain. It is a technique that works to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface at deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia.
